Rules and Expectations

This page may be updated at any time and signing up for an event means you agree to that.

Attendance

Signing up for an event means you sign up for the entire event. You must attend all listed dates. Failure to do so without a reasonable explanation may result in the child being put on a blacklist.

Equipment

Be mindful of all equipment used in events. Especially loaner laptops, as they need to be kept in shape to be used in the future.

Laptops

Portable computers are required at all events unless otherwise stated. All Ninjas need to bring their own computers along with power cords and working WiFi capabilities (we will provide the internet connection).

Food & Drinks

Food/drinks are not allowed to be near the computers. If a Ninja would like to have a small snack, they must notify a mentor, and then eat it outside of the room. Once finished, the Ninja shall promptly return to the event.

Clean Up

Please be courteous and clean up after yourselves.

Conduct Towards Others

Be respectful towards everyone at events. Harassment, intimidation, bullying, and related activities are prohibited.
